Good news! We are now back to processing and shipping orders daily. Australia Post has resumed pickups from our hub, as we are fortunate not to have been severely affected by flooding.

• We are shipping as normal, and once your order is handed to Australia Post, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
• However, Australia Post is still experiencing delays due to flooding in other regions. This may cause your order to take extra time to leave Brisbane and reach you.
• Tracking updates will be available on the Australia Post website and directly on the tracking page linked in your shipping email.

Brisbane and nearby regions are now experiencing severe weather conditions due to ex-Tropical Cyclone Alfred. Heavy rainfall has caused significant flooding in many areas, impacting transport and logistics.

• We are still processing orders and will hold them safely in our hub until Australia Post is able to pick them up.
• Due to the flooding, please expect delays as road access remains limited.
• Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking will update via Australia Post once they collect and begin transit.
