What we don't use - Alcohol, Sodium Lauryl Sulphate, Coco Betaine, Methyl Paraben, Decyl Glucoside, Artificial Colours, Artificial Thickeners, Artificial or Synthetic Perfumes, Petrochemicals, Toxic Poisons and Pesticides, Chemical Detergent, Preservative, Palm Oil Products.

Instructions  - Shake well before use, spray 2-3 times over coat, brush in if needed. Spray can be applied to any area around the house like bedding or car.

Please Note. This product is non-medicated and cosmetic in nature. It only contains organic and natural ingredients, no chemicals are used in the making of this product. We only use 0.5 - 1% of essential oils in all our product bases.

Next Day Dispatch - This means your order will be processed and leave our hub by the next business day. Compared to other companies that only ship your order 2/3 days after it is processed, we like to get your order on the road for you ASAP. Next Day Dispatch does not mean it will be delivered the next day once you place your order. It means it will ship from us the next day.

Transit Cover - We offer full transit cover on your orders. If your order is damaged for any reason in transit to you by Aus Post we will send a replacement for FREE. Photo and order number required of product. 

Delivery - All orders are shipped with signature required, However you can request the parcel to be left at your address if you use the Aus Post tracking link  in your email and then activate" Safe Drop Options ". If you request authority to leave we will not be responsible if the parcel is stolen or moved from your property once Aus Post have labeled the parcel as delivered, it is also not our responsibility if the parcel is left in an unsecured area on your property and the parcel is damaged or stolen because of this.

Back in 2015 I knew my dog Norman needed help. He’s a British bulldog who’s very prone to skin irritations, hot spots, infected skin folds, as well as dry nose and paws. He’s such a great little buddy to have around the place, but I just couldn’t stand back and watch him suffer. 

I worked all over the world as a chef for more than 20 years, As a chef it was natural for me to start mixing away in the kitchen. I’ve always believed the natural world holds the key, so I decided Norman and I would find it. 

After a little trial and error, I found something that transformed Norman’s quality of life overnight. He was the happy, lively dog he’d always wanted to be, and I was the owner who couldn’t be happier for him.

My friends saw the results and had me make the same stuff for their dogs, and the results spoke for themselves. Before I knew it I was getting more calls and texts than I knew what to do with. 

Norman and I sat down, started our business, and decided to go for it. We use nothing but organic ingredients that are locally sourced. It’s a way of doing what’s best for Norman’s four-legged friends, and the local businesses that bring communities together.
