The Repair Balm will help with all skin issues, from hotspots, yeast infections in the paws or skin folds or belly rash.

For dogs with itchy coats, we recommend our 2 in 1 Organic Shampoo and All Day Cologne. The shampoo will attack the issue for a long term result. The ‘All day spritzer’ can be used daily to help with itching.

If your dog’s very sensitive we also recommend the Healing and Repair Soap Bar, this is hemp-based and works very well with sensitive dogs.  Need a bug repellent ? our Spritzer can help with that too. 

However, itching in dogs may also be food related as this is the biggest cause in itchy skin.

We only use 1% of all oils in our products / mixes. The oils we use have been tried and tested over five years with many happy customers across the world. 

We use tea tree oil in our shampoo and spritzer at a ratio of .5% this oil is a secondary dilution oil, tea tree oil is great for treating skin conditions like yeast infections or hot spots. Please note : that 100% undiluted pure tea tree oil can be very harmful to pets. Our shampoo and spritzer recipes have not been changed in over 5 years, with zero issues.

When you place an order your ebook is delivered to you via a digital download once your order has shipped.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Bark Butter order, please contact us within 10 days of your purchase for a full refund. We will need your invoice number and a quick image of the product that you are not happy with.

It is within your right to ask for a replacement or refund under the Australian Consumer Law consumer guarantees.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable - if you’re eligible for a refund, it will be for the cost of the product/s only, not the order amount including shipping. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 days. If an exchange has been arranged, please allow the usual packing and shipping times for the replacement product to reach you.

Exclusions ; if your item was damaged during shipping or was damaged by the courier when leaving the parcel at your location ; you will need to speak directly to the courier company for a claim. We can provide you with any documentation you need for this claim relating to your order and shipping. Once the parcel leaves us it’s out of our control how the courier a handles the parcel. 

Refunds are given if your item is returned to us because you are not at home and unable to pick up at Aus Post shop with a card to call.Shipping costs are non-refundable – if you receive a refund, it will be for the cost of the product/s only, not the order amount including shipping.

Discount codes can be added to the final check out stage before picking your shipping method. Please look for the drop down or box labeled -" Order summary " If using a mobile it is directly under the logo. If using a desktop or tablet is located on the right margin of the checkout section. ** Discount codes are not automatically applied, you need to manual add your code before payment. 

If you received an email advertising a current special which contains a discount code , and this special is for a FREE product, the free product must be added to your cart along with any other items including the code to activate the deal.

At times depending on our Australian packaging supplier products may ship in a different colour. The standard colour is black, but at times we may ship items in white, silver or transparent. Please know this makes no difference to the actual product itself just the packaging my differ during busy times.
