All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Once your order has moved to the shipping status, Australia Post will notify you via email and SMS with your tracking information and estimated delivery window.

The 20 page grooming guide ebook with helpful tips and advice on grooming your pooch of all life stages is available for free on selected grooming products only. If you see the ebook banner on the product page your order will contain the ebook. Ebooks are emailed to you once your order has moved into the shipping stage. If you didn't receive the email please contact us with your order number.

Discount codes can be added to the final check out stage before picking your shipping method. Please look for the drop down or box labeled -" Order summary " If using a mobile it is directly under the logo. If using a desktop or tablet is located on the right margin of the checkout section. ** Discount codes are not automatically applied, you need to manual add your code before payment. 

If you received an email advertising a current special which contains a discount code , and this special is for a FREE product, the free product must be added to your cart along with any other items including the code to activate the deal.

At Barkmere we try and use eco friendly packaging as much as we can. 

All shipping boxes are Kraft cardboard with no added plastics or colouring, and can be recycled. 

Amber bottles used in our shampoo and spritzer are made from a recycled plastic from a NSW emission free factory. 

The eco pouches we use are made from a recycled compost and can be placed in your yellow bin. 

We also use a vacuum sealed bag on some items to prevent damage and leaking, these are also made from a recycled material and can be placed in your yellow bin when ready. 

At times depending on our Australian packaging supplier products may ship in a different colour. The standard colour is black, but at times we may ship items in white, silver or transparent. Please know this makes no difference to the actual product itself just the packaging my differ during busy times.
