Next Day Dispatch.

We ship from our Brisbane hub every business day to make sure your order is on its way faster than a Greyhound chasing a ball! Place your order between Sunday and Thursday, and we’ll have it shipped by the next business day. Orders on Friday or Saturday are shipped the following Monday. While your order leaves us quickly, Australia Post will take it from there, so delivery times may vary.

Xmas Shipping. 

From October to January, during the festive season and peak shopping months, AusPost extends their estimated delivery dates by 2-3 days on their tracking website. These dates are still estimates, and the delivery time may shorten as the parcel moves closer to you. This adjustment is due to the system operating at full capacity during this period. Tracking & Full Transit Cover

Just like keeping an eye on your pup, you’ll be able to track your package from our door to yours. And if anything goes wrong along the way, we’ve got full transit cover. If your order is damaged during its journey, we’ll send a replacement for free – just send us a photo and your order number!
